"Express News" has quoted PCB sources as claiming that Sana Fatima will be the new captain in place of Nida Dar. Nida Dar's performance in T20 has not been impressive due to which PCB has sent a formal message to remove Nida Dar from the captaincy. Sana Fatima will be given the leadership of the national T20 team in place of Nida Dar. An announcement regarding making Sana Fatima the captain is expected soon.
