In the legal notice sent by the lawyer to BCB, it has been asked that Shakib-ul-Hasan be recalled to Bangladesh for investigation.
The notice said that Shakib-ul-Hasan should be immediately removed from the team and called back to Bangladesh. According to the ICC rule, Shakib is not eligible to play in the national team after being nominated in the case.
It should be noted that Sheikh Hasina Wajid resigned from the Prime Ministership on August 5 due to student protests and fled to India, where she is still staying, while Shakib-ul-Hasan is representing his national team in the Rawalpindi Test against Pakistan.
